I totally get that life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Do you offer refunds?
I don’t offer refunds for digital products or 1:1 sessions.
For digital products, this is because they’re instantly accessible and non-returnable. For 1:1 sessions, it’s because they’re time-based and crafted with your unique needs in mind.
